Websense 7.x Training
During this three day interactive training course, led by Websense expert and certified trainer Tom Stansell, you will learn how to install, configure, administer, support and troubleshoot Websense Web Filtering (WWF) and Websense Web Security (WWS) products. In a VMware environment, you will install, configure troubleshoot the Websense Web Security, becoming familiar with the new Graphical User Interface (GUI), extensive built-in help capabilities and new Today and History reporting dashboards.
Concepts of efficient policy creation and administration, Investigate and Presentation Reports as well as enhanced Delegated Administration are all covered briefly in lectures then extensively reinforced with robust labs structured as demos, hands-on, concept and troubleshooting labs.
In the final module, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of the new Websense Security Gateway (WSG) which includes a brief module for WWF/WWS called the “Websense Security Gateway Module” briefly explaining the SSL Manager, Web 2.0 Categorization, Dynamic Classification and a Web Proxy and Cache as well as real-time ThreatSeeker Analytics, Dynamic Malware Control and Malicious Malware Stripping.
